Hipex manufactures a broad range of heat exchangers. To accommodate the intermittent heat loads and subsequent thermal shock generated by the CIP heater, special Polytube heat exchangers have been designed. Due to the absence of gaskets, downtime and maintenance costs have been reduced to a minimum.

Hipex offers dedicated CIP heaters in two standard sizes

1.

  • SMALL

The smaller of the two heaters can handle heat loads of up to 1,500 kW and flow rates of up to 50,000 litres per hour. This unit can produce steam at pressures of up to 1,000 kPa.

2.

  • Large

The larger heater has twice the capacity. 

This unit can utilise steam at pressures of up to 1,000kPa and change large as well to match.
