A client required a versatile system capable of pasteurising approximately 2000 l/h juice and being easily operated by a team of relatively inexperienced personnel.

2. The Hipex Solution

Hipex developed a dependable automated system. The balance tank, pumps, heat exchangers, and controls were all integrated onto a single stand to create a compact and efficient unit that required minimal on-site installation.
