PROBLEM

Two automated, low maintenance beer chilling plants were required for use in two different plants in China.

SOLUTION

Hipex manufactured two cooling units: a direct expansion ammonia cooler and a low temperature glycol solution unit.  Both units can cool 80,000 l/h of beer per hour and were constructed as a rugged Polytube.  Both of these units met the requirements for low maintenance and robust construction.
